Monday doesn’t have to be the villain of your story — it can be your launchpad. Whether you're hitting the books or heading to the office, how you start your Monday sets the tone for everything that follows. So let’s flip the script and make this Monday count.


Here’s how to start strong and stay strong:

  1. Set one big goal for the week. What’s the one thing you’ll feel proud to accomplish by Friday? Write it down.

  2. Tackle your toughest task first. Don’t wait. Knock it out early and ride that momentum.

  3. Fuel your body — and your brain. Eat something that powers you, not slows you.

  4. Take five to reset. A short walk. A playlist that hypes you up. A quick journal entry. Small resets make a big difference.

  5. Remind yourself why you started. School? Career? Dream? You're not doing this for nothing.
